Shipping Info: All our shipments are handled by PostNL. By default, we ship without tracking, but you can request the track and trace option by sending us a message. Depending on your location, shipping normally takes 1-6 working days for EU shipments. Shipping to outside of the EU can take 3-10 working days. Please give it some extra time during the holidays. We ship out our products every day, except Sunday.
Return Policy: If your order didn’t arrive as described, get in touch with us through info@pinkmanrecords.com and describe the problem. You may have to provide photos of proof if needed. We can not be held responsible for any damage made by the postal service in your country. However, in some cases we will reimburse you with a (partial) refund or shop credit.
